WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS?
Shipping costs apply to all orders. For standard shipping with home delivery the cost is € 5.20 (excluding minor islands).
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?
If all the items you ordered are available, with Standard Shipping you will receive the package from 1 to 3 working days from order confirmation.
HOW CAN I PAY?
You can pay for your orders via Paypal or credit card. Even if you do not have a Paypal account, choose this payment method to handle the transaction with your credit card. We use this system because Paypal is the safest way to manage online payments.
WHEN IS THE AMOUNT CHARGED TO MY CARD?
The amount will be charged as soon as you confirm your order.
WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF RETURN?
In case of return, we will refund your items, net of return charges, to your credit card or paypal account used for the initial payment.
The credit is subject to the return of the item in the same condition in which we sent it to you and will occur as soon as we have verified the status of the item.
