how to place an order
After you have completed your order this will remain in processing for a maximum of two working days.
When your package is ready it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email. Click on “Track your order”.
Don’t worry if the tracking link is deactivated or incorrect, it will be activated within 72 hours and you will be able to view the delivery date.
Always check this link from which you can check for delivery attempts already made and any problems of the courier in locating your address.
Please note that couriers do not deliver by appointment and there is no telephone contact.
Of course, also by accessing the “My orders” section you can view your parcel in delivery, by clicking on “View order” and then on “Follow the shipment online”.
Do you not like the item or the size ordered is not the right one?
It is not possible to change the items but you can return them for free and, if you want, order them again!
1. Click on “My orders” and on the order you want to return in full or in part.
2. Click on “Return item”.
3. Tick the appropriate box to indicate which items to return. If you wish to return all items, tick all boxes.
4. Choose the reason for the return.
5. If you paid for your order on delivery, select the refund method you prefer between Faradiba credit or bank transfer. If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund will be made directly to the same card and to the account used at the time of purchase.
6. In the last step book the collection of the return. Click on “Schedule collection with UPS”.
You will be redirected to the UPS website and can choose the date and time for your home collection. Remember that you have the tracking code with you, i.e. the code starting with 1Z that you can find on the return label.
Enter it in Step 1 under the heading, “If you have the search numbers for the return label, enter them here”.
Remember to copy it without spaces and in block capitals.
The UPS account number field does not need to be filled in.
If it is more convenient for you to take the return to a UPS centre, select the delivery option at a collection centre and choose the one closest to your home.
Place the items in the package, apply the return label above the shipping label and deliver your order.
The refund will be made within 10 working days from the time of delivery of the return to the courier.

how to pay
If you have made a return, the refund will be made within ten working days from the date of delivery of the package to the carrier.
When we receive your return in stock we will send you a confirmation email.
If you have paid the standard shipping costs and decide to return the order in full, they will be refunded.
If you paid for your order more than 24,90 € but the value of the items you return is less than this amount, the return is still free!
Did you pay in cash on delivery?
During the online return procedure you can choose the refund method you prefer, between credit note (Faradiba credit) or bank transfer.
Have you paid with Faradiba credit (My gift vouchers)?
The refund will be made as a credit to be used for your next order.
Have you paid by credit card?
In this case, the refund will be made to the same card or to the associated bank account. It may happen that the date of refund on your statement coincides with the date of purchase.
Have you paid with Paypal?
You will receive the amount for items returned to the same Paypal account.
Did you make an advance payment by bank transfer?
The refund will be made to the same bank account.
You can pay for orders by credit card, Postepay, Paypal, cash on delivery or with your credit on Faradiba.
The payment methods are provided directly by the system and we can not change them in any way.
In some cases the system may offer you the option to pay in advance by bank transfer or, if you pay by credit card, the new Try First method, pay after!
In case you need to receive an invoice, please contact our customer service using one of the contact methods at the bottom of this page.
Please note that the details for issuing the invoice must match those entered in the billing address in your Faradiba account.

When you have completed your order in the “Payment” phase, select “Payment on delivery”.
Payment on delivery is free of charge.
Keep the exact amount to pay for your order at hand.
When entering shipping information, be sure to add the correct house number and name on the intercom. Also add other details that may be of help to the courier (ladder, interior, etc.).
Once at the “Payment” stage click on Paypal.
If you already have a PayPal account, identify yourself with your e-mail and password and confirm the payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create a new one using your credit/debit card. In this case you just need to select the type of card, fill in the necessary data and confirm the payment.

With this new method, you can pay for your orders by bank transfer within 18 days from the date of shipment.
How does it work?
When purchasing, when choosing the payment method, select the option “Bank transfer within 18 days”.
You can pay for your order after receiving it, within 18 days from the date of shipment.

If I return some items of the order, I have to pay in full?
No, you can only pay for what you don’t return.
For technical reasons this method of payment will not always be available.

shipping times and costs
For all orders from € 24.90 the shipping is free.
For those whose amount is less than € 24.90, the shipping cost is € 3.50.
In case of total return of the order, the cost of shipping will be refunded.
If you need your package delivered faster, you can choose express delivery with Dhl at € 7.95.
If the courier has delivered a completely damaged package to you, but the items inside are intact, you can use another box to make the return. It doesn’t need to be from Faradiba.
If the return documents are also unusable, you can print them out at the end of the online return procedure.

– 2 days for the North;
– 3 days for the Centre;
– 4/5 for the South and the Islands.
When the package is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation of shipment in which you will find a link to click on and follow the delivery that takes place between 9.00 and 18.00, from Monday to Friday.
