RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the delivery to exchange or return it. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, but just an exchange during the next 14 days.

Please note that if you have had a free shipping, in case of return and then refund we will keep the costs for shipping (regarding the country).

We will gladly accept returns of items that are in new condition, with original tags attached. Return items must not baltered. I must also be in the original packaging. The item will be exchanged or money will be refunded after examination of the pack and products(s) returned, which can take up to 10 days.

RETURNS

Harvey Store offers a simple and easy return service. Simply post the goods to be returned (in original, unused condition). Please use our RETURNS MANAGER TO RETURN YOUR ORDER, FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS: contact our email at servizio.clienti@faradiba.it with this information:

  • Order Number
  • Motivation for Return

 

It can take around two weeks for your return package to reach us and be processed by our returns team. You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied.

There are certan situations where ONLY PARTIAL REFUNDS are garanted:
The item is not in its original condition; damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
The item that is returned more than 10 days after its delivery

SALE ITEMS Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

 

Special Orders

Select items sold on HarveyStore.com may be considered a “Special Order” and subject to a limited return policy. A “Special Order” may be items that we do not have in our warehouse, items that we do not have on our website which are special ordered from our distributor, all orders that have a sale price equal or greater than $3000, the return of these items/orders will have a restocking fee of 5% or final sale policies unless otherwise agreed by the faradiba.it staff via mail, fax or e-mail.
